Thank you for your letter that I received yesterday, informing me that the memorial that I had ordered has now been completed. and installed in our cemetery.

I am very pleased with the work that you have done on the memorial, and I'm sure my family will be too when they see it.

I am also pleased that you have installed it now before winter sets in with the snow drifts and the muddy conditions in the spring.
