Dear Jim & Rose

On behalf of my family I would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to you for the service, compassion and guidance that you provided for us in our time of grief when our Mom passed away.

It was very much appreciated. We especially appreciate the time that Jim took with us just to go over everything and make sure nothing was missed.

The monument turned out exactly the way we had asked and Jim went ahead and did some extras for us without charging us.

We would also like to thank Jim for putting us in touch with Norman Choi. Although our Dad is still with us, and hopefully for many years to come, he's glad that the Chinese engraving that will be needed for him will be correct and we will definitely be returning to Lethbridge Monumental to have that taken care of.
