Rose, you were very compassionate, helpful and informative! Jim, although we have not met, I thank you so very much for the superb job you did on Taja's stone.

It is absolutely gorgeous! It suits her very well. I love that you gave me a time frame that her stone would be installed, and you kept your word!

I also appreciated the fact that I was able to make payments. What a relief! I'm sure it would have been a very long time before my daughter would have gotten her stone if I had to have all the money at one time.
